Build Your Own Agenda

Now, you can start planning your personalized conference schedule with our Build Your Own Agenda online application. Find the sessions you're interested in online, and then simply add them to your personal Intergraph 2009 conference agenda. Use the easy-to-print schedule as a handy reference guide at the conference.

Scheduling Sessions

You can add sessions to your schedule automatically, manually, or both:

  • Automatically
  • Manually
  • Managing Your Schedule
  • Log in to the Build Your Own Agenda application by using your registration login and password and click on the "Session Catalog" link on the left navigation.
  • Search for sessions you want to attend and add them to your "My Interests" list by clicking on the plus (+) icon beside each session.
  • After you are done, click on the "My Interests" list on the left navigation and assign a priority to each session.
  • Click on "Auto Scheduler" on the left navigation to add the sessions to your schedule. Sessions are added automatically to your schedule based on your prioritized "My Interests" list.
  • Click on "My Schedule" on the left navigation to view and make changes if needed.
  • Log in to the Build Your Own Agenda application by using your registration login and password and click on the "Session Catalog" link on the left navigation.
  • Search for sessions you want to attend and click on the session title. This will display session details in a pop-up window.
  • Scroll to the bottom of the session details window and click on the icon "Add to Schedule."
  • Click on "My Schedule" on the left navigation to view and make changes if needed.

Below are some additional steps you can take to help manage your personal schedule:

  • Click the "My Schedule" link on the left navigation after logging into the Build Your Own Agenda application.
  • Click on the "Add Personal Time" link on top of the "My Schedule" page to add your personal appointments and see your entire personal schedule at a glance. All Structured Networking meetings will appear automatically on your personal agenda.
  • E-mail, print, or export your schedule using the links at the top of the "My Schedule" page.

Important Notes

  • The Build Your Own Agenda application is available only to registered attendees.
  • Adding non-paid sessions to your personal schedule does NOT guarantee you a spot in that session. Session attendance is strictly on a first-come, first-served basis. The personal scheduler is simply a planning tool meant to enhance your experience by optimizing personal time management at the conference.
  • Hands-on (paid) training sessions will appear on your personal schedule ONLY if you have purchased the sessions through the registration portal.
  • All conference sessions, speakers, dates, times, and locations are subject to change. Please review daily updates distributed at the Intergraph information desks onsite.
